Delivery and Payment Terms

Payment Methods

To provide a wide and secure shopping experience, our online store offers the following payment methods:

• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Amex, UnionPay)

• MobilePay, Siirto
• Invoice (OP Jousto, Walley)
• Klarna

Payment services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions (online banking, MobilePay, OP Jousto). Paytrail will appear as the recipient of payment on your bank statement or card invoice, and transfers the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized payment institution.

Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are provided through Shopify Payments (Stripe).

Payment Process

At checkout, you can select your preferred payment method from the list provided. When paying by credit card, enter your card details directly. When paying by online banking, MobilePay, or invoice, select the method from the list and click “Pay Order.” A Paytrail payment window will open where you can complete the payment. After paying via Paytrail, you will receive a separate confirmation email for the successful payment.

E-invoicing

For companies and organizations, we also offer invoicing via e-invoice. If you wish to order using e-invoicing, please contact us in advance via our contact form or email at info@pranabowl.com and we will provide detailed instructions.

Delivery Times

Finland
Orders are delivered in approximately 1–2 business days. We will always clearly notify you if delivery is delayed. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Other EU countries

• 1–3 business days: Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
• 2–5 business days: Other EU countries

Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over €100 in Finland and other EU countries.

Finland

• PostNord – parcel locker, pick-up point: €5.60
• Posti – parcel to locker or pick-up point: €6.10
• Posti – home delivery: €12.90

Free deliveries are shipped via PostNord to a pick-up point or parcel locker of your choice.

Other EU countries
We deliver via PostNord and GLS:

• Pick-up point (GLS & PostNord): 6,90€ - 9,90€
• Home delivery (GLS): 12,90€ - 14,90€

Free deliveries are shipped via PostNord to a pick-up point/parcel locker or GLS to a ParcelShop, depending on the destination country. The available free option will be displayed at checkout.

PostNord – Parcel Locker

• Delivered to your chosen PostNord parcel locker
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
• Trackable via the PostNord app or website
• Many lockers are available 24/7
• Outdoor lockers require the PostNord app for access
• You will be notified by app, SMS, or email when your parcel is ready for pick-up

PostNord – Service Point

• Delivered to your chosen PostNord service point
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
• Trackable via the PostNord app or website
• You will be notified by app, SMS, or email when your parcel is ready for pick-up
• A PIN code from the arrival notice must be presented to collect the parcel

Posti – Parcel

• Pick up from your chosen Posti service point or parcel locker
• You will receive a notification from Posti once the parcel is available
• Notifications are primarily sent by SMS or email

Posti – Home Delivery

• Delivered to your doorstep
• If you cannot be reached by phone, you will receive a contact request message
• In larger cities, deliveries can take place until 9 pm; in other areas, until 2 or 5 pm
• Includes one delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, you will receive a contact request card

Other EU countries (PostNord & GLS)

• Postnord (dpd): Delivery to your chosen pick up point
• GLS – ParcelShop: Delivery to your chosen GLS pick-up point
• GLS – EuroBusinessParcel: Home delivery

Unclaimed Shipments

We deliver orders using Posti and PostNord. Posti and PostNord will hold parcels at their service points or lockers for seven days from arrival. A delivery notice will be sent by email and/or SMS. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.

An unclaimed shipment is not considered a valid return under consumer protection law. In such cases, a €10 postage and handling fee will be automatically deducted from the refund.
