Return Policy

Right of Return

Customers have a 14-day right of return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, starting from the day the order is received. The right of return only applies to products that are in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

Return Instructions

If a customer wishes to exercise their right of return, they must submit a return notification within 14 days of receiving the products. The notification can be made through our contact form or by email at info@pranabowl.com. The products must then be returned promptly, and no later than 14 days after the notification. Returned items must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Return Costs

Within Finland, returns are free of charge. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original shipping costs. If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.

For returns from other EU countries, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us in advance regarding any return.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange a product is to return the original order and place a new order for the desired item. You can return the product by contacting us at info@pranabowl.com.
