Terms of Service

General

These Terms of Service govern the sale of products purchased through the online store operated by Ltd Sartorius Oy (“Pranabowl”) between Pranabowl and the customer. Products are sold to private individuals of legal age residing in Finland and in the EU countries listed below. All product prices include value-added tax (VAT).

The customer is bound by the Terms of Service in force at the time the order is placed, and the customer must review these terms before completing a purchase. Pranabowl reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

Orders

Upon a successful order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided at checkout. The confirmation includes the ordered products and their prices. A link is included in the confirmation email from which the customer may download an invoice/receipt for the order if required. Delivery details and a tracking code will be provided in a separate email once the order has been dispatched.

Payment Methods

To ensure a broad and secure shopping experience, the online store offers the following payment options:

• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Online banking
• MobilePay, Siirto
• Invoice (OP Jousto, Walley)

Payment intermediation and processing services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions (online banking, MobilePay, OP Jousto). Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on account statements or card bills and will remit the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution.

Credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are provided through Shopify Payments (Stripe).

Delivery Time

Within Finland
Orders are delivered within approximately 1–2 business days. Customers will be informed clearly in the event of any extended delivery times. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Other EU Countries

• 1–3 business days: Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
• 2–5 business days: Other EU countries

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer free delivery for orders over €100 in Finland and other EU countries.

Within Finland
We provide delivery services through Posti and PostNord. Free shipping orders are shipped with PostNord to the customer’s chosen service point (pickup point or locker).

• PostNord – locker, service point: €5.60
• Posti – parcel to locker or service point: €6.40
• Posti – home delivery: €12.90
• PostNord – home delivery: €14.90

Other EU Countries
Orders are shipped using PostNord or GLS.

• To service point (GLS & PostNord): €9.90
• Home delivery (GLS & PostNord): €14.90

Free shipping orders are shipped either via PostNord to a service point/locker or GLS to a pickup point. The checkout process will specify which option applies to the customer’s country.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes are valid only for the specified duration and may only be redeemed in our online store. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Codes apply exclusively to regular-priced products unless campaign terms provide otherwise. The discount code must be entered at checkout before completing payment. Expired codes will not be applied retroactively.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms in effect prior to placing an order.
