A complete set tailored for home use — designed for self-care, caring for family members, and combining sound vibration with meditation and relaxation. It can also be used to create gentle sound baths, and the smallest bowl is a delightful choice for a child to play.
With this set, you can easily and safely begin practicing sound bowl therapy and relaxation at home. Later, the set can be expanded for professional use by adding the Roots Bowl.
The bowls have been carefully selected to create a beautifully balanced and wide-ranging soundscape. The set includes:
Little Prana Bowl (10 cm)
Heart Bowl (16 cm, approx. 750 g)
Body Bowl (19 cm, approx. 1050 g).
The set also comes with soft cushions for each bowl, three mallets for versatile playing — a mini and a medium wooden mallet, and a medium soft mallet — as well as a beautiful, sturdy fabric bag for carrying and storing your sound bowls.

Paytrail will appear as the recipient of payment on your bank statement or card invoice, and transfers the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized payment institution.
Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are provided through Shopify Payments (Stripe).
Payment Process
At checkout, you can select your preferred payment method from the list provided. When paying by credit card, enter your card details directly. When paying by online banking, MobilePay, or invoice, select the method from the list and click “Pay Order.” A Paytrail payment window will open where you can complete the payment. After paying via Paytrail, you will receive a separate confirmation email for the successful payment.
E-invoicing
For companies and organizations, we also offer invoicing via e-invoice. If you wish to order using e-invoicing, please contact us in advance via our contact form or email at info@pranabowl.com and we will provide detailed instructions.
Delivery Times
Finland
Orders are delivered in approximately 1–2 business days. We will always clearly notify you if delivery is delayed. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Other EU countries
- 1–3 business days: Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
- 2–5 business days: Other EU countries

Unclaimed Shipments
We deliver orders using Posti and PostNord. Posti and PostNord will hold parcels at their service points or lockers for seven days from arrival. A delivery notice will be sent by email and/or SMS. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.
An unclaimed shipment is not considered a valid return under consumer protection law. In such cases, a €10 postage and handling fee will be automatically deducted from the refund.

Each of our singing bowls is a unique piece, handmade by Nepalese artisans. The size, shape and appearance of the singing bowls are uniquely beautiful. The diameter and weight stated in the product are average values, so the dimensions of your singing bowl may differ slightly!
There are also small individual differences in the sounds of the bowls, however, bowls of the same size sound at approximately the same pitch.
The sound bowls and their harmony are quality checked immediately after they are made, so you can be sure that you will receive a beautiful and unique bowl that will sound for a long time and with high quality!
How can I use this set?
The bowls in the Home Care Set vary in size and frequency, making them suitable for versatile use. The Little Prana bowl is a wonderful choice for children, as well as for supporting meditation and relaxation. Its bright, clear tones help to elevate and clarify one’s own vibration. The Little Prana can be played both around the body and directly on the body, especially on the head and facial areas. It is balancing for the throat, forehead, and crown chakras.
The calming, long-lasting sound of the Heart Bowl brings deep relaxation when played on the chest, upper back, and arms. It can also be used around the body, in the aura. With small children, the Heart Bowl can be used gently on the legs, abdomen, and back.
The Body Bowl resonates with a deep, low frequency that vibrates strongly through the body. It can be used for a full-body relaxation treatment.
You can also use the Home Care Set for body treatments as follows:
Little Prana – neck, head, and face
Heart Bowl – chest, upper back, and arms
Body Bowl – lower back, abdomen, hips, and legs
When working directly on the body, use the soft mallet with the Heart and Body Bowls to bring out their deeper frequencies.
The set can also be used for relaxation sessions as a sound bath. You can add gentle rubbing or singing of the bowl with a hard mallet in addition to striking.
