The Roots singing bowl is a hand-hammered, high-quality sound therapy bowl that is ideal for self-care, client healing and group relaxation. The bowl's low sound resonates deeply in every cell, making it an effective tool for healing that require a grounding and calming effect on areas such as the back, abdomen, hips, buttocks and lower limbs.
The soft sound and strong vibration of the singing bowl support deep relaxation and grounding. The long ringing and grounding, safe base sound also make it an excellent choice for group relaxation sessions and to support meditation and yoga.
The singing bowl comes with a red padded cushion, which ensures the bowl's clean and soft sound when played on the floor or table, for example. The cushion and sound bowl together also look beautiful and, in addition to being easy to care for, are a great decorative addition.
The sound bowl mallet is sold separately. We recommend a soft large mallet for playing the soft low notes of the bowl and a large mallet for rubbing/singing the bowl.

Payment Methods
To provide a wide and secure shopping experience, our online store offers the following payment methods:

Payment services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions (online banking, MobilePay, OP Jousto). Paytrail will appear as the recipient of payment on your bank statement or card invoice, and transfers the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized payment institution.
Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are provided through Shopify Payments (Stripe).
Payment Process
At checkout, you can select your preferred payment method from the list provided. When paying by credit card, enter your card details directly. When paying by online banking, MobilePay, or invoice, select the method from the list and click “Pay Order.” A Paytrail payment window will open where you can complete the payment. After paying via Paytrail, you will receive a separate confirmation email for the successful payment.
E-invoicing
For companies and organizations, we also offer invoicing via e-invoice. If you wish to order using e-invoicing, please contact us in advance via our contact form or email at info@pranabowl.com and we will provide detailed instructions.
Delivery Times
Finland
Orders are delivered in approximately 1–2 business days. We will always clearly notify you if delivery is delayed. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Other EU countries
- 1–3 business days: Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
- 2–5 business days: Other EU countries

Unclaimed Shipments
We deliver orders using Posti and PostNord. Posti and PostNord will hold parcels at their service points or lockers for seven days from arrival. A delivery notice will be sent by email and/or SMS. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.
An unclaimed shipment is not considered a valid return under consumer protection law. In such cases, a €10 postage and handling fee will be automatically deducted from the refund.

Each of our singing bowls is a unique piece, handmade by Nepalese artisans. The size, shape and appearance of the singing bowls are uniquely beautiful. The diameter and weight stated in the product are average values, so the dimensions of your singing bowl may differ slightly!
There are also small individual differences in the sounds of the bowls, however, bowls of the same size sound at approximately the same pitch.
The sound bowls and their harmony are quality checked immediately after they are made, so you can be sure that you will receive a beautiful and unique bowl that will sound for a long time and with high quality!
