The deep, low-frequency vibration of the Mother Earth singing bowl creates a safe, grounding space for treatments and group relaxation, supporting a connection to the energy of Mother Earth.
This large singing bowl is especially used in group relaxation, yoga and other groups due to its grounding, calming and healing properties. In therapy, the bowl is suitable for playing around the body, but also for healing performed on the body of larger adults. Its strong sound resonates strongly and for a long time in the body.
The beautiful carving on the inside of the Mother Earth singing bowl depicts the flow of nature's life force, or prana. This life force flows in humans, just like in trees, from two directions: from the roots to the top and from the top back to the roots.
A Nepalese artist has illustrated the Mother Earth Bowl symbol for us according to our wishes. The woman's body represents the trunk of the tree, the roots reflect our connection to the energy of Mother Earth, and the crown reaches towards our source. The more rooted you are to Mother Earth, the stronger your connection to the light of source will be. "As above as below."
The Mother Earth sound bowl is an excellent addition to your Healing set when you want to bring depth, stability, and grounding energy to your group or care work.
The sound bowl comes with a red padded cushion, which ensures the bowl's clean and soft sound when played on the floor or table, for example. The cushion and sound bowl together also look beautiful and, in addition to being easy to care for, are a great decorative addition.
Two mallets come with the bowl: a soft large mallets for striking the bowl and a large mallet for striking/singing a bowl.

Payment Methods

Paytrail will appear as the recipient of payment on your bank statement or card invoice, and transfers the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized payment institution.
Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are provided through Shopify Payments (Stripe).
Payment Process
At checkout, you can select your preferred payment method from the list provided. When paying by credit card, enter your card details directly. When paying by online banking, MobilePay, or invoice, select the method from the list and click “Pay Order.” A Paytrail payment window will open where you can complete the payment. After paying via Paytrail, you will receive a separate confirmation email for the successful payment.
E-invoicing
For companies and organizations, we also offer invoicing via e-invoice. If you wish to order using e-invoicing, please contact us in advance via our contact form or email at info@pranabowl.com and we will provide detailed instructions.
Delivery Times
Finland
Orders are delivered in approximately 1–2 business days. We will always clearly notify you if delivery is delayed. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Other EU countries
- 1–3 business days: Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
- 2–5 business days: Other EU countries

Unclaimed Shipments
We deliver orders using Posti and PostNord. Posti and PostNord will hold parcels at their service points or lockers for seven days from arrival. A delivery notice will be sent by email and/or SMS. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.
An unclaimed shipment is not considered a valid return under consumer protection law. In such cases, a €10 postage and handling fee will be automatically deducted from the refund.

Each of our singing bowls is a unique piece, handmade by Nepalese artisans. The size, shape and appearance of the singing bowls are uniquely beautiful. The diameter and weight stated in the product are average values, so the dimensions of your singing bowl may differ slightly!
There are also small individual differences in the sounds of the bowls, however, bowls of the same size sound at approximately the same pitch.
The sound bowls and their harmony are quality checked immediately after they are made, so you can be sure that you will receive a beautiful and unique bowl that will sound for a long time and with high quality!
