The Great Roots singing bowl represents the harmonization, purification and integration of body, mind and soul through the deeply relaxing sounds of a hand-hammered singing bowl. The singing bowl plays for a long time and with a low, soft tone that is felt strongly in the body and soothes the entire being.
The Great Roots sound bowl is an excellent choice for group relaxation, deep relaxation healing and as an additional bowl for the Healing Set. The low frequencies it produces resonate strongly in the body and support relaxation, especially in the torso and lower body areas.
The sound bowl comes with a red padded cushion, which ensures the bowl's clean and soft sound when played on the floor or table, for example. The cushion and sound bowl together also look beautiful and, in addition to being easy to care for, are a great decorative addition.
The sound bowl mallet is sold separately. We recommend a soft large mallet for playing the soft low notes of the bowl and a large mallet for rubbing/singing the bowl.
We recommend the bowl for all group relaxation sessions because of its particularly long and grounding sound. The bowl is also suitable as a good expansions of the Healing Set, when you want a lower frequency bowl for it.

Maljan sisäpuolella pohjassa oli muutama naarmu, mutta se ei onneksi tunnu vaikuttavan soittamiseen.
Aivan ihana malja!
