Payment Methods
To provide a wide and secure shopping experience, our online store offers the following payment methods:

Payment services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions (online banking, MobilePay, OP Jousto). Paytrail will appear as the recipient of payment on your bank statement or card invoice, and transfers the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized payment institution.
Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are provided through Shopify Payments (Stripe).
Payment Process
At checkout, you can select your preferred payment method from the list provided. When paying by credit card, enter your card details directly. When paying by online banking, MobilePay, or invoice, select the method from the list and click “Pay Order.” A Paytrail payment window will open where you can complete the payment. After paying via Paytrail, you will receive a separate confirmation email for the successful payment.
E-invoicing
For companies and organizations, we also offer invoicing via e-invoice. If you wish to order using e-invoicing, please contact us in advance via our contact form or email at info@pranabowl.com and we will provide detailed instructions.
Delivery Times
Finland
Orders are delivered in approximately 1–2 business days. We will always clearly notify you if delivery is delayed. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Other EU countries
- 1–3 business days: Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
- 2–5 business days: Other EU countries

Unclaimed Shipments
We deliver orders using Posti and PostNord. Posti and PostNord will hold parcels at their service points or lockers for seven days from arrival. A delivery notice will be sent by email and/or SMS. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.
An unclaimed shipment is not considered a valid return under consumer protection law. In such cases, a €10 postage and handling fee will be automatically deducted from the refund.

Handcrafted by local artisans in Nepal
The mallets for the singing bowls are handmade in Nepal. In addition, the cushions and ring pads are sewn by local artisans. The tingshas and mala beads are also made in Nepal.
