The Body sound bowl is a hand-forged, high-quality, multi-purpose healing bowl that, as its name suggests, is suitable for whole-body healing. It is an excellent tool for self-care, family care, client work, group relaxation, and holistic bodywork.
The low and soothing sound of the sound bowl also makes it ideal for treating animals, such as dogs and horses.
The sound of the body bowl is long and the vibration of the bowl is also felt strongly. The size and weight of the bowl are designed so that it is easy to hold in your hand.
The singing bowl comes with a red padded cushion, which ensures the bowl's clean and soft sound when played on the floor or table, for example. The cushion and sound bowl together also look beautiful and, in addition to being easy to care for, are a great decorative addition.
The sound bowl mallet is sold separately. We recommend a soft medium mallet for playing the soft low notes of the bowl and a medium mallet for rubbing/singing the bowl.
The Body Bowl is part of the Healing Set, so it is also a great choice for those of you who want to gradually expand your bowl family into a complete treatment set.
